How to use the earplugs
Your reusable earplugs are molded for each use, assuring a perfect fit each time. First, take one earplug and knead it thoroughly between your fingers or hands for 20 seconds. This will soften it, make it moldable, and distribute the pure lanolin throughout the earplug.
Next, using your index finger, gently push and flatten the ear plug firmly in and against your ear opening until your obtain a good seal. If the ear plug does not seal immediately, keep your finger pressed against it with slight pressure for a few more seconds and it will warm and seal. Be sure to flatten the ear plug gently in and against your ear opening so that it does not protrude outward, but rather creates a complete seal. Finally, customize your fit; add or remove material to ensure that: (1) there is a complete seal outside the ear canal in the main cavity, and (2) enough material fits in the ear canal to block out sound.

In order to qualify for a refund, the complete pack with all the earplugs and case must be returned. Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all mailing containers and postage fees.
